KidsMin Team
Next City Kids Staff serves to equip the NEXT generation through age appropriate Bible based learning. Team members care for preschoolers and elementary-aged children. Regardless of the role you take on, you’ll have the opportunity to foster a safe and fun environment where kids learn about God’s Word.

Our kids check-in team welcomes and assists families by signing their child into our system, printing name tags, and answering any NCC Kids related questions.

Nursery
The Nursery Team ensures the well-being and safety of newborns during our Sunday services and any other weekly service.
The responsibilities for this team includes caring for babies by holding, playing, feeding, and changing diapers as needed, overseeing the upkeep of the nursery space and handling questions or concerns relating to nursery child-care.

Media Team
Livestream Hosts
Livestream hosts have the opportunity to keep our online audience engaged across our social media platforms [Facebook, YouTube, and Website].
Responsibilities include greeting our online viewers, providing links & contact information when necessary, chat monitoring, prayer and more.
Creative Media
Our creative media team helps establish creative and effective ways of communicating the vision and life of Next City Church through
photography, videos, graphics and social media.

Production Team
Director
Production directors work to create a seamless visual
experience for our online audience. They are responsible for operating video switchers, which controls different camera angles, color correcting, and communicating to camera operators.
Training is Provided.
Camera Operator
Camera operators work together with the production director.
While working behind the camera, you act as the eyes of the director and
provide creative shots that can be used during our service.

Live Display
The Live Display team provides the visual elements of worship throughout our services which can range from song lyrics, scriptures, scrolling announcements, videos and more.
Training is Provided.
Sound Technician
The Sound Team provides live in-house and
online mix for band/vocals during our services or events.
Sound techs ensure that microphones are functioning properly,
instruments and pieces are being heard and properly balanced,
and needed sound from the media is being projected.

Serve Team
Guest Services
The Guest Services team consists of our ushers and greeters who
focus on welcoming and serving our guests by greeting them with a smile, escorting them to their seats and assisting them with any questions they may have. Every Sunday is someone’s first Sunday and our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests with every interaction.
Parking Lot
The Parking Lot team are the first set of people you see before entering our building. They help set the standard with a warm smile and greeting! Their main job is to ensure a smooth entry and exit with every visit to our church.
Safety Team
The Safety Team is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment.
This allows our congregation to freely worship with peace of mind knowing our teams are working to protect our church and keep the facility secure.
Experience is always welcomed but training is provided!
